Led by managing partner Paul Malone, Paul has a long and impressive record of enabling fast-growth EdTech companies based in Europe and North America to achieve their goals. Paul brings a deep understanding of the digital education market, integrating this with a twenty-year track record in senior leadership search.

Our Fees

We make a point of ensuring transparency with all our fees and charging structure.

Our fee for all retained work is based on a third of the candidate’s first year annual compensation. This is paid in three instalments; the first upon commencement of an agreed search strategy, the second progress fee upon delivery of an approved shortlist of candidates for interview, and the final progress fee when the successful candidate starts.

All retained searches have a twelve-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that the initial placement is not successful we will undertake the search again at no further cost.

The practice currently has a minimum fee of £30,000 ($50,000).

Candidate placement time scales will differ depending on the search criteria and the time allocated to assessment from the client. The majority of searches are completed from start through to offer and acceptance within twelve weeks, with a shortlist presented within six weeks from an agreed search strategy.
