We prioritise transparency in our fee structure and charges.
For all retained work, our fee is based on one-third of the candidate’s first-year annual compensation. This fee is divided into three instalments: the first is due upon agreeing on a search strategy, the second is due when an approved shortlist of candidates for interviews is provided, and the final instalment is due when the successful candidate begins their role.
We offer a twelve-month guarantee for all retained searches. If the initial placement is unsuccessful, we will conduct the search again at no additional cost.
Our practice currently has a minimum fee of £30,000 ($50,000).
Candidate placement timelines may vary based on the search criteria and the time allocated by the client for assessment. Typically, most searches are completed from start to offer and acceptance within twelve weeks, with a shortlist presented within six weeks from the agreed-upon search strategy.
