We make a point of ensuring transparency with all our fees and charging structure.
Our fee for all retained work is based on a third of the candidate’s first year annual compensation. This is paid in three instalments. The first upon commencement of an agreed search strategy. The second progress fee upon delivery of an approved shortlist of candidates for interview. And the final progress fee when the successful candidate starts.
All retained searches have a twelve-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that the initial placement is not successful we will undertake the search again at no further cost.
